Help and
guidance
International students coming to Saxony will find expert support at the universities: the International Offices are the central points of contact for all matters relating to your studies. Whether you have questions about applying, having your qualifications recognised, language courses or special offers for international students, the staff at the International Offices will be happy to help you with advice and practical support.
Most universities in Saxony have an office like this to help you find your way around quickly – in terms of organisation, language and culture. They will inform you about the admission procedure, show you ways to prepare for your studies and connect you with exciting projects or exchange programmes.
Some universities also offer special programmes for refugees or displaced persons. Here you can not only find support for your everyday student life, but also connect with the community and gain new perspectives for your academic future.
